Open Water Referral

Many scuba divers in the UK and Ireland are now completing an ‘open water referral'. This means they complete the theory and confined water parts of the PADI Open Water course at home, and finish their course by completing the open water dives in the Red Sea or Atlantic Ocean . Many divers in the UK and Ireland are part of a local dive club. The British Sub-Aqua Club has done incredible work to organise diving into a social, club sport based in your local area in the UK or Ireland . Their standards are high, and most are non-professional so the cost is low, although the time of course completion can be longer than abroad.
