Standard Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions:

Guests need to be an advanced diver to accommplish most of the specific terms and conditions relative to each package. Please check before booking.

We guarantee that anyone who purchases a money-back guarantee diving package with us will 'encounter' the specific marine life associated with the packages. As you can imagine we have a few unethical divers who like to play the system so we have outlined the conditions below. An Encounter In Detail:
'An 'encounter' is defined as a sighting of one of the ‘phenomenon’ by at least half of the group that is participating in the same excursion that you are participating in, or a sighting of one of the ‘phenomenon’ by the leader or instructor of the group you are participating in and one other person within the same group. An ‘encounter‘ can be made from, but is not limited to, a boat, whilst swimming, snorkeling or scuba diving.

Buying Conditions:
The package brought must be a money-back guarantee diving package. This is clearly stated on all booking confirmation receipts and guest vouchers. No two money-back guarantee packages can be bought on the same holiday for the same time for the same person.

The Weather:
Should for whatever reason the weather disrupt the diving, the 'money-back guarantee' will still apply provided we have completed all the compulsory dives associated with the particular money-back guarantee package. If these dives are not completed the money-back guarantee does not take effect and the guest has no rights to claim for money back.

Missed Diving:
If for whatever reason the diver misses a dive due to the fault of the diver (illness, hangover, equipment failure etc) and the rest of the group have an encounter, the diver will not be entitled to the refund.

The Conditions:
We reserve the right to change dive sites and any planned itinerary in order to help us fulfill the guarantee.

Claims:
Claims must be made to the manager on location and within 48hrs in writing or via email to Active Adventure otherwise the claim will be invalid.

The Refund:
The money-back guarantee allows a guest to receive their diving for free if there has been no successful sightings. The total amount refunded to the guest will not exceed the amount the guest has pre-paid for diving. Additional diving costs on location are not included in the refund.
